How to Return an Item
Submit a Return Request
Contact us at returns@carnavi.co.uk or through our Contact page. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Your Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. For faulty or incorrectly sent items, return postage is fully covered by us.
Pack & Post Your Item
Securely re-package the item in its original packaging. Attach the label and drop it at your nearest Post Office or courier collection point.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1–2 days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange a product for a different model or variant if the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the exchange item has a different price, we'll charge or refund the difference. Contact our team to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
